Eric prepared Pickled herring Gyoza with a ponzu sauce and toasted sesame salad, whereas Esther picked pickled herring broth and dumpling with shrimp. She even made a smart move by using premade wrappers.
Both chefs made four plates where Lean and Zakarian judged their dishes.
