Understanding the Impact of Childhood Emotional Experiences on Binge Eating: Exploring the Roles of Shame and Emotion Regulation


I am a 4th year Psychology Honours student at the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, seeking participants for my research project investigating how invalidating emotional experiences in childhood impact on binge eating in adulthood. We hope to explore these factors across the full spectrum of experience, so we encourage participation whether or not you have ever had issues with binge eating. Note that you must be over 18 years of age.
