Befriending Yourself: A Self-Compassion Workshop
Attend this workshop from the comfort of your own home! You will need a computer or a smartphone with good internet access.
Take a moment to attend to yourself by joining us for a workshop focused on cultivating kindness, non-judgment, and acceptance for your humanity. Leave with skills and tools adapted from the work of Kristin Neff and Compassion-Focused Therapy that will help to begin the process of replacing shame and self-criticism with empathy and warmth.
