American actor and director John Burke Krasinski was born on October 20, 1979, at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Boston’s Brighton district. He was brought up Catholic in Newton, Massachusetts, and is the youngest of three boys. Krasinski has Polish and Irish ancestry.
