Joel Hofer is an ice hockey goaltender who plays for the St. Louis Blues of the National Hockey League (NHL).
Born on July 30, 2000, in Manitoba, Canada, Hofer played hockey as a junior in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Swift Current Broncos and the Portland Winterhawks.
In 2018, the Blues selected him as 107th overall in the fourth round, of the NHL Entry Draft.
The following year, he signed a three-year deal with the team, and became “the youngest goaltender to win his NHL debut with the Blues.”
