Karen Rafferty is the second wife of Tunch Ilkin. She was born on November 2, 1965, in Ohio. She got married to Tunch Ilkin in 2013 after his first wife, Sharin Senefeld died in 2012 from Cancer.
Karen attended Buckeye North High School. She also graduated from Carlow College in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business/ Corporate Communications. She also completed her MBA in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh in 2001.
Most of her career has been based with Chevrolet. Before going to college, she was a sales account manager for a Residence Inn by Marriott for two years. From 1992 to 1998, while balancing her studies, she was a district manager for Pontiac.
Karen Ilkin was previously married to an auto-racer, Kent Rafferty. After they divorced, Rafferty passed away in 2009. She later married former NFL pro-Tunch Ilkin on March 17, 2013.
Cause of Tunch Ilkin Death
On June 3, 2021, Ilkin announced his retirement from broadcasting so he could focus on his treatment. Ilkin died of ALS complications on September 4, 2021, at the age of 63.
